In line with the decision of 17 January 2014, the Project Steering Committee has approved the project, launching ICRA at Initialization, in approving the Documentation within the framework of the ongoing project Initialization Phase. The project has therefore began the first phase, which begins with product development project at various degrees of readiness. Nine project teams have been established in order to carry out the groups of tasks and within them. The first phase is expected  to be completed at the turn of April and May 2014.
