The second phase of the ICRA project consisted in bringing the ICRA project products at least to the 6th Technology Readiness Level. The Steering Committee met on the 29th of October and took a unanimous decision to accept the works performed as part of the second phase of the project. Currently, the respective products have been developed independently and under laboratory conditions. The next phase will feature the integration of the respective parts of the system as well as tests on the testing platform under real-world conditions. It is planned to set up a field to use the system during a simulated fire and rescue action.
Numerous presentations were given as part of the second phase to make the implementation team members familiar with the specificities of the respective products and their planned use in practice. The said phase was also the last testing part of the project. The main emphasis is now put on the design and implementation works.
